Shipping Information:

The current shipping prices for items delivered in the U.S. are $10 for the first item and $1 each additional. Shipping is via UPS or sometimes USPS. All packages are automatically insured. Express shipping is an option for an additional fee.

We also ship internationally, via USPS. You may select the speed of delivery by comparing the prices on the drop down menu.

Payment details:

We accept Visa/MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

You may also pay with your paypal account or do a payment plan. For payment plans or lay-a-way just let me know what works best for you in the note section of your order.

On pre-orders - credit cards will not be charged until the item arrives in stock for shipping.

Please keep in mind that items paid by credit card, paypal or money order will ship within 48 hours from receipt of payment.

Items paid by checks will not ship for 10 to 14 business days.

Return Policy:

We want all customers happy but we will only exchange or refund for dolls damaged from shipping. We provide insurance for all items shipped but you will have to help us as well by supplying us with the information needed. We cannot refund shipping charges -- only the purchase price of the doll.

Under some circumstances, dolls may be returned, but a 30% restocking fee will be charged.
